Return Policy
If you are not pleased with an item, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a refund, exchange or replacement. Refunded items must be returned in their original shipping containers, unopened and in new condition containing all parts, accessories; etc. We will refund the full amount of the item, less the shipping and handling charges. In order to return items, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All items returned, which we determine are not defective, will be restocked. You will then be charged a 20% per item restocking fee. If the item is determined to be defective, we will refund your standard shipping fee and no restocking fee will be assessed. Defects caused by misuse to the item or improper operation are not covered under this policy.
